With the increasing shortage of fossil energy and the highlight of the greenhouse effect,wind energy has gradually become an important part of the energy replacement period with its advantages of low carbon,environmental protection,low cost and renewable energy.However,the uncertainties of wind power and the anti-peak characteristics of wind power provide new requirements for the operation safety and power supply reliability of the power system.As the wind power grid capacity is continuously increased,the problem of the wind power development and the efficient utilization of fossil energy gradually become the most concerned problems in the power industry.The energy storage resources can realize the "peak filling" and other characteristics of energy by their own schedulability,and provide new ideas for promoting wind power consumption.This paper studies the environmental economic dispatch of wind power system with energy storage resources.The research idea is as follows.From the perspective of efficient utilization of fossil energy,the power balance constraint and capacity limit constraint should be satisfied in the process of actual power generation and transportation,so as to consider the total cost of power generation and the lowest pollution gas emission.By introducing pareto optimal strategy,the optimization algorithm is improved by using elite retention operation,crowd-distance calculation operation and cumulative non-dominance sorting operation,and a power system environment economic scheduling model based on improved multi-objective optimization algorithm is established,and the routine scheduling model is simulated,and the simulation results confirm the rationality of the scheduling plan.According to the characteristics of large-scale wind power grid operation,the wind power is described and processed.Firstly,theoretical analysis is made on the uncertainty of wind power itself and the anti-peak performance,and the wind power is limited by the mean narrow region of the wind power prediction model,and the scheduling modeling method considering the wind power characteristics and the wind abandoning constraint is introduced.In addition,from the wind farm wind causes,the use of wind power load space form and abandon multifa ceted aspects of wind power by way of using call is verified theoretically the feasibility of the energy storage resources to promote wind power given.Based on analyzing the principle of wind load space,energy storage power station can be incorporated into the environment in the economic operation,the wind power wind power were used respectively to random output and use wind general probability distribution prediction data average narrow area of the active output.Combined optimization of wind power,thermal power and energy storage power station 3 kinds of power generation resources,the environmental economic dispatch model of wind power system with integrated consideration of wind power production and energy consumption environmental benefit cost,energy storage initial,maintenance cost and pollution gas emission is established.Using the pareto optimal strategy to balance different optimization objectives,enrichment of design including wind power energy storage resources promote wind power load scheduling scenarios and call space of different application scenarios,the simulation results verify the validity of the model.This subject is supported by the development and reform commission of jilin province and the project of "improving the utilization of renewable energy efficiency and the market operation simulation platform construction" project,which is a further study of energy storage resource consumption of wind power technology.Through continuous improvement in the power dispatching industry,it will provide an effective analytical tool for the reliability study of wind power grid connection.
