Under the background of the rapid development of renewable energy development and utilization and wind power generation,China's wind power industry has made unprecedented progress.However,the situation of abandoned wind has seriously hindered the sustainable development of China's wind power industry.In order to solve the problem of abandoned wind in China,firstly the data of abandoned wind in China is analyzed in this paper to find that the urgent task to solve the problem is to solve the problem of abandoning the wind during the heating season in northern China.Then the main reasons of abandoned the wind in northern China are explored,that thermal storage device is collocated for combined heat and power(CHP)units to decouple the rigid constraint of "power determined by heat" for combined heat and power unit is the best solution to reduce the abandoned wind for the moment is pointed out by referencing and contrasting the domestic and foreign solutions of abandoned wind problems.Secondly,the mechanism of heat storage scheme to disposal of abandoned wind is clarified by comparing the peaking capacity changes between combined heat and power units without thermal storage device and CHP units with thermal storage device,and the related factors affecting the peaking capacity are analyzed.Then,in order to incorporate the CHP unit with heat storage device into the economic dispatch of the wind power grid connected power system,the energy flow model of the relevant thermal system objects is established by using the energy flow method.An optimal scheduling model for wind power grid connected power system with thermal storage is constructed on the basis of the economic dispatching model of traditional wind power grid connected power system.Particle swarm optimization algorithm is introduced in detail,then particle swarm optimization algorithm is improved by combining with the specific model in this paper,and the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied to solve this model.Finally,based on the actual data of China's provincial grid,system running condition is simulated to verify the effect of wind power accommodation promoted by thermal storage.The improved particle swarm algorithm and conventional particle swarm algorithm are used for wind power grid connected power system optimal dispatch model with thermal storage at the same time,optimization and convergence speed of two kinds algorithm are compared,the superiority of the improved algorithm is verified through the comparison of the scheduling results.This research is useful to solve the serious problem of abandoned wind in China,and provide some theoretical support for the optimal dispatching of wind power grid connected with thermal storage.
