In wharf engineering,vortex-induced vibration often occurs under the action of water flow,and long-term vibration can cause permanent deformation of structure.The cylindrical pipe piles are often used as the deep water foundation in the construction of the ocean,and the circular section structure is destroyed by vortex-induced vibration during the construction period or the long time.If the pile foundation is affected by vortex-induced vibration,it has great harm to the construction,use and life of wharf engineering.In order to suppress the vortex-induced vibration of pile foundation,this paper studies a new type of corrugated pipe pile instead of traditional cylindrical pipe pile to solve the problem of engineering vortex vibration.The main contents and research results of this paper:(1)Based on the problem of solving the actual project,the field measurement of the project was carried out,and the numerical model was established by ABAQUS finite element software,and the numerical analysis results were compared with the field measurement.(2)Based on the numerical simulation and engineering experience of domestic and foreign data and cylindrical pipe piles,the geometrical parameters and hydrodynamic coefficients of the new corrugated pipe piles are emphatically analyzed.(3)Based on the design of the corrugated pipe pile,in order to be able to enter the market in the future,the whole production model and production process flow of the corrugated pipe pile are elaborated in detail.(4)Based on the design of corrugated pipe pile,the corrugated pipe pile applied in the dock for two dimensional numerical analysis,the study found: corrugated pipe pile on the horizontal and vertical direction than cylindrical pipe pile of the maximal displacement decrease by 36.89% and 35.54%,respectively.(5)Based on the design of corrugated pipe pile,the corrugated pipe pile applied in the dock for three dimensional numerical analysis,the study found:corrugated pipe pile on the horizontal and vertical direction than cylindrical pipe pile of the maximal displacement decrease by 37.02% and 35.86%,respectively.
