Automatic weapons transfer movement through mutual collisions between various parts to achieve automatic movement.It is hard to ensure the simulation accuracy of the mechanism collision dynamics,because the duration of the collision process between parts is short,the collision force generated at the moment of collision is very large,and the movement state changes greatly.Moreover,it is difficult to accurately obtain the collision parameters in the multi-body dynamics simulation.This paper focuses on the research and identification of the basic collision theory,contact model and parameters in the Mechanism collision analysis,establishes the relation between the collision parameters and the material parameters,and obtains the value criterion of the collision parameters.Firstly,the collision relation between components in automatic weapon is analyzed,the typical collision mechanism is extracted and simplified,and a collision parameter identification scheme based on typical collision model is proposed.For a typical surface-plane,plane-plane transmission,by using the method of theory calculation and simulation analysis,the sensitivity analysis of collision parameters and material parameters is carried out through multibody dynamics and finite element simulation,and the collision parameters are identified and validated by using the single factor method and the multiple factor method based on genetic algorithm.The collision parameters in the locking mechanism of automatic weapons are set up by applying the criterion of the collision parameter value,and then perform the dynamic simulation analysis.The simulation results are basically consistent with the theoretical values,which verifies the accuracy of the collision parameters,the value criteria of collision parameters and the practicability and feasibility of the parameter identification method.This paper probes into the exact value of the mechanism collision parameters in Adams software,and find out the criterion of the collision parameter and the parameter identification method,which is used for the accurate modeling of the impact collision dynamics of the automatic weapon.
