In the course of launching,the gun-firing guided weapon was subjected to huge acceleration impact load.In order to ensure the normal operation of the missile body structure during flight,the anti-over-high-load ultrasonic electromechanical-actuator was designed and studied.In this paper,we study the complex force of the projectile in the bore,compare and analyze the various forces,and obtain the impact load-axial acceleration load that has the greatest impact on the projectile structure,and as the basis of impact load environment,the ultrasonic electromechanical-actuator was designed and the mechanism and rule of the impact of high overload on the structure and performance of the ultrasonic steering gear were studied.Firstly,the finite element model of the ultrasonic motor under impact load is established based on the working mechanism and structure of the structure of the ultrasonic electromechanical-actuator.The transient process of the ultrasonic motor is simulated with an explicit algorithm to analyze the transient,rotor and piezoelectric components and other components of the stress and strain distribution,research and evaluation of the current structure of the ultrasonic electromechanical-actuator transient large overshoot tolerance;secondly,the design of a specific holding device,the structure of the ultrasonic servo overload resistance,and the impact experiment is carried out.The experimental results well confirm the theoretical analysis results.Finally,the comprehensive theory and experimental results evaluate the overload resistance and vulnerable parts of the ultrasonic steering gear structure in special use environment.The experimental results and the theoretical results show that the design of the anti-overload supersonic servo structure has a good ability to adapt to large overload environment,and the output characteristic is still stable after being subjected to an impact overload of 15,000 g gravity acceleration,the design of anti-overload actuator is effective.The research results of this paper provide theoretical and data basis for the research and application of high overload ultrasonic steering gear structure,and provide some reference for further research work in this field.
