| Generally speaking,in order to realize the separation of satellites and launch vehicles,and the expansion mechanism,a fire-fighting device is installed at various locations during the development of the satellite.When the pyrotechnic device is started,it will produce severe explosion shock loads,which will cause damage to the working load carried on the satellite to varying degrees.In view of this,in the development of satellites,the transient response analysis of the system and the design of the buffer device are essential.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Based on the Hypermesh software,the geometric model of the satellite star is simplified,and an effective finite element model is established.Based on the principle of time-domain synthesis of shock response spectrum,the impulse response spectrum signal in the frequency domain is transformed into a time domain signal that can be used as a load input for vomiting,and the combined time signal is used as the load input signal for transient response analysis.3.The shock absorbing device was studied.The buffering schemes of buffer cushion,buffer block and buffer hole were studied respectively.The results of the three buffering schemes were compared and the advantages and disadvantages of the three schemes were analyzed.4.Using the finite element power flow method,the importance degree of each explosion impact source is analyzed,and a combined buffer device is designed for the main explosion impact source.After the analysis of this paper,the following conclusions are finally obtained:1.The time domain impact signal synthesized by the time response synthesis algorithm of the impulse response spectrum can be used as the load input for impact response analysis.2.In the three schemes of buffer pad,buffer block and buffer hole,the buffering effect is the best,but the manufacturing process is relatively complicated.The buffer pad and buffer hole have similar buffering effect,and the buffer pad is simple and practical.The hole has the effect of reducing weight.In the system design,the buffering scheme can be comprehensively considered considering the quality,structural connection stiffness and buffering effect.3.From the perspective of energy,the impact source 1 is the main impact source,and the combined impact source for the design can effectively reduce the impact load. |
