The Propellant is a kind of propellant commonly used in weapon launching.During the production of Propellant,it is continuously extruded and shaped by the screw extrusion process through pre-treatment such as granulation,plasticizing,drying and mixing.After starting the production line,it is not allowed to stop at will.The traditional Propellant cutting device adopts the "guillotine type" cutting scheme,which has great cutting force and is easy to form the "horseshoe shape" section.Therefore,it is necessary to study the medicine type online cutting device.In this paper,on the basis of improved Propellant cutting process,a spiral type online cutting method is proposed,by making the appropriate cutting scheme,design the corresponding cutting device,improve the cutting efficiency and quality of cross section.According to the cutting scheme,clamping mechanism,cutting mechanism,sliding frame,moving mechanism and jacking mechanism are designed.Cutting device adopts planetary gear and screw nut combination linkage mechanism to 360° ring type spiral cut off.The size of the Propellant reaches the preset length.After the pneumatic clamping is adopted,the clamping device and the cutting device are placed on the sliding frame to move synchronously with the extruded medicine type.By eliminating the axial speed between Propellant and the cutting tool,the problem of "stacking" caused by no new material can be solved in the online cutting process.The structural dynamics of the scheme was analyzed.Finally,the pneumatic components and the pneumatic control system circuits are determined according to the motion requirements of the mechanical device.In addition through careful analysis and study of explosion-proof electrical equipment standards,combining the actual working environment of Propellant cutting machine,analysis the risk may appear all kinds of light source,the corresponding explosionproof measures are put forward.
