Research On The Characteristics Of Street Landscape Of New Small Towns In Northest China

On October 18,2017,President Xi Jinping,represented the eighteen Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to the general assembly,which was entitled "deepening reform and speeding up the rejuvenation of old industrial bases such as northeast China." at the opening ceremony of the nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The report proposed "deepen the reform and accelerate the revitalization of the old industrial bases in Northeast China",and "the city group is the main group." On December 4th,the national development and reform commission(NDRC)released “Opinions on the standardization of the construction of featured towns and small towns”.For how to standardize the construction of featured towns and small towns,detailed and specific Suggestions were put forward in terms of overall requirements,key tasks and organization implementation.In this big policy context,the small town in northeast China will usher in the climax of new construction.Successful town planning and design will have a decisive impact on the attractiveness and image of a small town,and it directly reflects the cultural level,cultural characteristics and spirit of the region.In recent years,as the northeast old industrial base with important regional economy and regional culture,there have been great changes in the population,function,urbanization level,urban strength and agglomeration power of the new small towns in northeast China,but there are also significant problems.In particular,the development andconstruction of new small towns in northeast China are slow and featureless,in the aspect of urban construction,there are problems such as extensive,homogeneous,copying large cities and damaging the environment.In addition to the protection of historic towns,in particular,it is necessary to constantly improve the level of design and planning for the overall image construction of the new small-town street landscape,the need for planning and construction is urgent.Improve the quality of street landscape in small towns,creating unique street landscape has become one of the important ways to improve the quality of local urban environment and improve people’s life quality.This paper starts from the street landscape of the new small towns in northeast China,focus on creating characteristic street landscape.On the basis of questionnaire survey and detailed investigation on the street landscape of small towns in northeast China,analyze its main concepts,relevant theories,development context,design principles and influencing factors,etc.Aiming at the problems of street landscape in Northeast small towns at present.Take the case of rice sand town in jilin province,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the current situation of its small town streets,the main street is designed,reconstructed and solved.Suggestions for future street landscape features design of new small towns in Northeast China,to realize the characteristic,humanization,ecology,intellectualization and functionalization of the street landscape of the new small towns in northeast China,design and study the street landscape with differentcharacteristics of different new towns in northeast China,so that the northeast new small town street landscape can be sustainable development.
