Study On The Exterior Space Design Of Characteristic Building Blocks In Cultural Tourism Town Based On Regional Characteristics

Under the rapid development of modern urban construction,the homogenization of the shape of the street and the problem of “a thousand cities and one side” are faced,which makes the regional characteristics of buildings more and more important.At present,China is booming the development of featured towns.The Chinese Brigade Town,as a typical representative,is a special carrier of local culture.How to inherit regional culture in architectural planning and design is a problem that cannot be ignored.This article takes the exterior space of the characteristic block in the tourist town as the research object and observes its regional characteristics.The purpose is to better reflect the regionality in the exterior space design.The relevant theories of regional characteristics are combed and the regionality is divided into three aspects: the natural environment,the human environment,and the social environment.At the same time,the relevant theoretical basis of the external space is summarized and analyzed,and it is concluded that there are three macroscopic,medium,and microscopic aspects of the external space design.Layers.Through the seven aspects of building form,open space,block color,traffic parking,protection and transformation,facility skits,and street signs,the analysis and summary of the survey results of characteristic blocks indicate the influence of regional characteristics on the design of external space,and protect the local Regional culture has an active role and provides direction and ideas for related design in the future.The structure of the article is mainly divided into three parts.The first part of the literature review summarizes the previous relevant theories,introduces the current status of relevant theoretical features of the regional features,and points out the external spatial elements of the featured blocks in the cultural and tourism towns that need to be studied.Briefly explain the background of the topic,the topic proposed and its research significance;the second part analyzes the detailed investigation of the characteristic neighborhoods in each region and summarizes the design methods and points of the exterior space of the neighborhood under the conditions of different regions.The design of the unique neighborhood provides a certain reference and theoretical support;the last part is the author’s participatory practice—the characteristic street planning and design project of Jidong Tourism Town in Anhui Province,which combines theoretical research with practical projects.
