For a long time,Chinese granary construction has been slow to innovate,and the majority of bungalows still use traditional masonry structures.Clay bricks are used in the construction process,and the structural form is simple.The seismic performance is poor and raw materials are consumed.This is not conducive to energy conservation and environmental protection.The multi-ribbed composite wall is a new type of wall structure,which has been widely used in civil buildings because of its light weight,good seismic performance,good energy-saving effect,high degree of industrialization,and high construction speed.The application of the multi-ribbed composite wall in the construction of the bungalow warehouse can not only improve the anti-seismic and thermal insulation performance of the bungalow warehouse,but also reduce the loss of raw materials to achieve the effect of energy conservation and environmental protection.This project is based on the National Natural Science Foundation of China(51,208,180).The multi-ribbed composite wall was selected as the research object.Based on the model test,the mechanical properties and failure modes of the multi-ribbed composite wall under the action of grain side pressure were studied.Simulations,theoretical calculations and mechanical analysis have systematically studied the stress mechanism of multi-ribbed composite walls under the influence of grain-side pressure.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1.The static test of the wall model with 1/2 ratio was conducted,and the stress performance of the multi-rib composite wallboard under the action of grain-side pressure was studied in-depth,including its failure process,bearing capacity,deformation performance,failure mode,etc.The nonlinear finite element analysis model of multi-ribbed composite wallboard was established using the large-scale finite element analysis software ABAQUS.The internal force and deformation development process of multi-ribbed composite wallboard under the effect of grain side pressure was simulated and analyzed.2.Based on experimental research and finite element simulation results,the mechanics analysis method is used to systematically analyze the mechanical mechanism of multi-ribbed composite wallboard,and compares it with the well-beam floor and reinforced concrete two-way slab structure and proposes a suitable application.Theoretical Calculation Model of Rib Composite Wallboard under the Effect of Grain Side Pressure.3.The internal force calculation method of the rib-beam girder floor structure and the calculation method of the internal force of the two-way reinforced concrete slab are used to calculate the internal forces of the ribbed beams and ribs in the multi-ribbed composite wallboard.Based on the test data,the ribbed composite wallboard is proposed.A practical calculation method under the effect of lateral pressure.
