The multi-ribbed composite wall structure which applied to the warehouse structure system is a combination of originality and try. The new type of multi-ribbed composite wall structure is introduced into the warehouse structure which is commonly used among the present domestic granary structure system, and use multi-ribbed composite wallboard to replace the brick wall which is commonly used in traditional storability for the first time. On the one hand, make the multi-ribbed composite which has light weight, high strength, good anti-seismic, energy conservation, environmental protection and more suitable for the development apply to more and more structure systems. On the other hand, bring new innovation and development of the construction of bulk grain warehouse technology and inject new elements into the construction of bulk grain warehouse.The paper has carried on the static load test on the single piece of multi-ribbed composite wallboard..With the analysis of test data and phenomenon, obtain the stress performance, the failure process, failure pattern and deformation performance of the specimens. Then, combine the method of well type beam structure and two-way ribbed floor structure, calculate respectively load value of internal force and deflection value of multi-ribbed composite wallboard under uniformly distributed load, and get more suitable theory analysis method of internal force for multi-ribbed composite wallboard. Finally, use finite element software ABAQUS to simulate and analyze specimen model, combine analysis result with test data and theoretical analysis with results, and provide the necessary theoretical basis and design parameters about the establishment of calculation model and design calculation method of multi-ribbed composite wallboard under uniformly distributed load. The paper main research content is as follows:1.Through apply distributed plane load to multi-ribbed composite wallboard to simulate the grain side pressure and conduct damage load test of the test wall. Analyze the load-bearing performance about the ribbed composite wall of room type granary and study the load-bearing performance, failure process, failure pattern and its deformation performance of ribbed composite wall of room type granary.2. Analyze the stress mechanism of the multi-ribbed composite wallboard structure and observe the distribution and development of cracks. Combine with load transfer way of the specimens under the action of lateral pressure, use tic-tac-toe beam structure and two-way ribbed floor method to calculate the internal force, and find out the more suitable internal force analysis of multi-ribbed composite wallboard combining Two calculation results with the test data.3. Use finite element software ABAQUS to model, carry out nonlinear analysis on the model of multi-ribbed composite wallboard, and observe the characteristics of bearing force and deformation performance of the model under uniformly distributed load model more intuitively and accurately. Combine analysis results with test data, use test data to verify the rationality of the model, and provide the necessary theoretical basis and design parameters about the establishment of calculation model and design calculation method of multi-ribbed composite wallboard under uniformly distributed load.
