The hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge has a great advantage over the single girder cable-stayed bridge:it gives full play to the characteristics and advantages of steel and concrete materials.The rotation construction technique can play more fully the role of favorable terrain,and the same time it can greatly reduce the impact on existing operating lines.With the popularization and application of long-span bridges,the rotational hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge will also be more widely used in future bridge construction.However,there are still some complicated and difficult problems in the concrete construction process of rotational hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge that have not been well resolved.The construction control is a difficult point,so it is necessary to study and analyze it.,the main research content of this article is as follows:(1)This paper takes the case of rotational hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge of Dongfeng Road in Siping City as the case.Through consulting literature and data,the basic principles of the equivalent method of grillage method are summarized,and the calculation method of section characteristics and the division method of beam section are proposed;(2)The finite element analysis software MIDAS/Civil was used to model and analyze the bridge structure,and the changes of the cable forces and internal forces of the bridge during the swing and construction stages were obtained,which provided the theoretical basis for the construction control;(3)Through the simulation analysis,the construction control of the rotational hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge of dongfeng road was studied,a complete construction control system and construction monitoring program were established,and special monitoring and theoretical analysis were added to the stress concentration and other key parts of the bridge to ensure the smooth construction of the bridge construction;(4)For the first time,the steel bridge tower end anti-slip key anchoring method was adopted,and the cable saddle used was twice as many as the conventional system,while the cable length was longer and the included angle was smaller.This article will simulate the various problems that may occur during the cable construction process,and give specific solutions;(5)A systematic study and analysis were carried out on the three aspects of post-posture adjustment,post-transition elevation adjustment and post-construction section elevation control,and measures were proposed for the bridge to be able to smoothly integrate after the transition to ensure the purpose of construction control.
