Cable-stayed Bridge has a beautiful shape and can be built with long span.It has a flexible span arrangement in special terrain conditions.It has a less affected to the navigation conditions when it is constructed,when it is constructing it suitable for the construction of prefabricated cantilever erection and it has good economic and Mechanical indicators,so it has been the most popular bridge.Cable-stayed bridge is high-order statically indeterminate structure,the relation between design and construction is very close,so that construction monitoring and control is very important in the construct process of a cable-stayed bridge.Xiamen Maxin Bridge is a Cable-stayed Bridge with Single cable plane and Inclined Tower and Hybrid Girder,whitch has a220m of the Fish-belly single box three-compartment steel box girder in main span and a125m of single box three-compartment PC concrete box girder in the side spans. The girder has a34m width.The tower and girder and pier of main bridge are consolideted together.It is the longest span of Cable-stayed Bridge with Single cable plane and Inclined Tower and Hybrid Girder of domestic.Based on the complete construction monitoring and control process of MAXIN bridge,following aspects are researched in this paper.(1)Contrasting the two cantilever erection process methods,Select a reasonable calculation method.(2)Analysising the influencing factors of the construction process affect the internal forces and getting concluded.(3)By the finite element model,establishment of a maxin bridge construction control system, in order to guide the construction.(4)Optimize the construction process cable force by impact matrix method, and achieved the ideal construction force.(5)Using the theory of finite element method analysis carried out detailed calculations of the various stages of the construction process,and getting the internal forces and displacements of each construction stage.Following results were obtained.(1)The stress of the concrete girder,the tower and the steel-concrete is compressive along whole sections during assembling steel box girders in cable force monitoring.The measured values meet well with the theoretical values,which shows the structure is safe.\(2)The influences of temporary loads and temperature variation is removed by adjusting and monitoring the assembly,which makes the vertical error less than5mm during closure.(3)The vertical error between left flange and right flange of34m-width steel box girders is reduced under10mm in ressembly by monitoring temporary loads and temperature variation. (4)The ressembling error of12m-length stages is reduced under15mm and the angle between adjacent segments error is reduced under0.08°by monitoring cable force and camber in construction.It turns out the beam and tower lines,stress,cable force after closure meet the law and design well.
