The power patrol UAV has the characteristics of compact and low running cost,and it is a new type of patrol tool in the field of electric power patrol.The research on domestic and foreign research status and background is found,and some problems in the domestic power patrol UAV are found,and the functional innovation is put forward according to the problem.In order to reduce the influence of regional on the power patrol UAV,the thermal insulation design of the battery warehouse is designed to better apply the change of different regional temperature,so as to ensure the normal operation of the battery.Therefore,it is of great scientific significance and practical value to study the product design of electric patrol UAV.This paper studies the design method and performance of the power patrol UAV by integrating white light,infrared and ultraviolet imaging technology with the power patrol UAV.The main contents are as follows:1.Through the sensibility analysis design method of the perceptual demand for electric power patrol drones were analyzed,and adopt the way of emotional vocabulary choice for inspections of power group and other researchers to research,in view of the existing power patrol drones problems and defects in the design of the study,functional innovation and solutions are put forward.Through the research on the design demand analysis and modeling theory,the design requirements are drawn up,which provides standard reference for the later design.2.Using the modular design method,the electric power patrol UAV is divided into the body,the three-camera conversion structure and the battery cabin thermal insulation structure.The design of three structures of the body was designed,and the questionnaire survey was conducted for each program,which provided data support for the fuzzy mathematical evaluation.3.In order to choose three body structure design,by fuzzy mathematical evaluation method to evaluate the body structure,with support from the questionnaire survey data,establish factor set,the related factors in hierarchical processing,to form a judgment matrix,determine the evaluation set.Finally,through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the data is analyzed andcompared.Finally,a scheme is selected for the design of this paper.4.To determine the body structure scheme and three cameras convert structure mechanics simulation,we validate the wing structure and framework,camera fixed structure of the stress and deformation degree,analyzes the feasibility of the design.Finally,the thermal insulation structure of the battery cabin is analyzed by transient thermodynamics to verify the thermal insulation of the two seasons.In this paper,the research results show that the systematic analysis on power patrol drones made,verify the feasibility of the proposed product design has a certain,on the electric patrol drones to design,and provide the basis for other UAV product design and reference.
