With the rapid development of China’s economy and the increasing density of urban population,urban traffic congestion has become a major social problem.With the reasonable use of the lower part of the road space already more and more get the attention of people,the framework of box culvert structure in which played an important role,relative to the existing road or railway construction upper viaduct,the former because the land is less,small investment,project is easy to implement and is widely used.With its advantages of convenience,fast,high efficiency and self-energy,the method of box and culvert roof has been widely used in engineering.Based on anhui province bozhou ginkgo path under railway box culvert jacking construction of frame bridge as an example,real-time monitoring on site and combined with FLAC3 D numerical analysis,on the roof construction and the key steps in process under the condition of the train running the settlement of existing route are analyzed and the research,its important content is as follows:(1)This topic proposed under the combination of ginkgo road in jingjiu railway engineering background and the construction characteristics,on the existing railway line box culvert jacking construction of the main construction method,construction sequence and the key and difficult points are summarized;(2)Real-time monitoring of the subsidence deformation of beijing-kowloon railway through on-site real-time monitoring.As long as the settlement amount does not exceed 3mm,the smooth progress of the jacking project can be ensured.The data changes are analyzed in detail and the construction status is adjusted in time to ensure the construction safety and stability.This paper summarizes the method to determine whether the box culvert can be located accurately in the box culvert roof and provides reasonable Suggestions for similar projects in the future.(3)In this project consists of six holes separate frame box culvert box culvert,sedimentation analysis using the finite difference program FLAC3 D,a comparison between measured values and the theoretical analysis value,it is concluded that the upper line by the disturbance of soil and unloading rebound work together,to present settlement is given priority to,and numerical comparison between the two close,change law is relatively consistent,and the upper line settlement under2.4 mm,conform to the requirements of the construction safety.(4)Through the finite-difference program FLAC3 D software,the stress of box and culvert is analyzed after the completion of box and culvert jacking.And the box culvert jacking to study and analysis of the surrounding soil disturbance,on both sides of the box culvert jacking is obtained at the bottom of the soil and the soil has a different degree of settlement,to the bottom of the box culvert sides and central axis subsidence is most obvious,such as the bottom of the box culvert at Z =1 in 19.08 mm of settlement,and the closer distance box culvert,the subsidence range is larger.At the same time,the perturbation analysis of the top soil in three different soils is carried out to provide theoretical basis for similar projects.
