| Before constructing the engineering of highway beneath railway, we must be surethat the railway would be safe. During the box culvert jacking process, the soil undertracks will be inevitably disturbed, which often causes a larger deformation of thesurrounding soil and structure. and then, when the deformation exceeding the ultimatestrength of soil and structure, it may cause different degree of damage. And also, whensoil displacement exceeding a certain limit, it will affect the surface normal traffic.Therefore, this paper studies the dynamic response relationship between wearunder the box jacking construction process, research on interaction mechanism underthe jacking construction process. Firstly, using fault tree analysis method to analyze thewear under the box jacking failure event, find out the influence of box culvert jackingfailure in the event, and then in the box culvert jacking construction prior to wearunder the layout of monitoring points of risk source analysis, real-time monitoring,warning sign identification and warning on its wear jacking construction process in theconstruction, and proposed how to take measures in the case. Finally, the wholeprocess of early warning and monitoring, early warning analysis, early warning andearly warning decision execution monitoring and early warning mechanism areestablished through the box culvert jacking construction.Based on the research of previous in the similar engineering, the control measuresare proposed as to traverse phenomena when box culvert jacking process. Relying onShangqiu-Zhoukou Secondery highway through the Longhai railway project, themonitoring and early warning mechanism are used to real project perfectly. |
