Internet of Things(IoT),is seen as the another wave of information technology revolution after Internet.The IoT technology connects the physical world with the Internet and incorporates sensing technologies such as sensor networks,communication technologies such as communication networks and the Internet,intelligent computing and intelligent processing technologies.The combination of intelligent telemedicine and IoT technology will be the direction of the development of the medical industry in future.Intelligent telemedicine is a model that has been implemented in the industrialization of the IoT to practical application.Meanwhile,with the accelerated pace of people's life,cardiovascular disease has become the biggest killer of human health,so the study of a real-time remote ECG monitoring system is necessary,not only can it reduce the mortality of cardiovascular disease and alleviate existing medical problem "difficult to see a doctor,expensive medical treatment",but also can users take the initiative to obtain a variety of medical services by wireless or wired way.This subject is mainly divided into two parts:portable seven lead ECG monitoring device and seven-lead ECG monitoring network platform.Portable seven-lead ECG monitoring device has low power consumption,low cost,small size,easy to carry advantage,and it's a portable ECG testing equipment with high performance and low power.This device is mainly for community health care and hospital monitoring use.Seven-lead ECG monitoring network platform is mainly for community and hospital application scenarios,designing a different monitoring platform for users and doctors to use,strengthen the link between the doctor and the patient,so that the doctor can quickly and accurately capture the patient's physiology state,and it has an extremely important role to prevent the occurrence of diseases.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Portable seven-lead ECG monitoring device uses ADAS 1000 integrated analog front-end technology to collect ECG waveforms,transmitted to the microcontroller through the SPI serial port STM32F103 to analysis and process.Not only reduces the power consumption and size of the system,but also improves the measurement accuracy of ECG waveform;(2)The portable seven-lead ECG monitoring device utilizes the ESP8266 WiFi chip to realize the data conversion between the serial port and the WiFi wireless network so as to implement the wireless network support of the community ECG monitoring network platform.WiFi short-range wireless transmission technology covers a wide range,has a fast transfer rate,and improves the reliability of ECG data wireless transmission;(3)Hospital ECG monitoring network platform using LABVIEW DataSocket network technology will transmit patients ECG waveform data collected locally to the remote doctor control center to achieve the patient's electrophysiological parameters shared among doctors,such that improve the diagnosis efficiency of disease.(4)Community ECG monitoring network platform using MATLAB TCP/IP protocol technology to collect ECG data transmitted by WiFi module.Because WiFi wireless technology covers a very wide range,so the monitoring platform is suitable for the community doctor control center,so that doctor control center can monitor ECG of entire community patients.We can achieves the goal of early detection and early treatment of cardiovascular diseases and greatly reduces the incidence of sudden cardiac death of patients.
