Design And Development Of Intelligent Anti-theft System Based On On-line Monitoring System

The electric larceny in Zibo area in recent years has brought adverse effects to the normal economic operation of the national Power Grid Corp,which the paper takes it as the background.The shortage of the conventional anti-theft measures was analyzed in this paper.This paper devoted itself to design a metering cabinet anti-theft alarm device seals transaction to measure the real-time monitoring of electricity stealing,data acquisition system,anti-theft remote monitoring terminal and monitoring platform of intelligent anti-theft system.The intelligent anti-theft system based on the on-line monitoring system studied by this thesis can realize the dual anti-theft function: the first layer,considering that the implementation of conventional electric larceny needs metering cabinet,the metering cabinet anti-theft alarm device seals transaction researched and developed by this paper can contain the occurrence of electric larceny.Once seals of metering cabinet from customers were opened unusually,the metering cabinet anti-theft alarm device seals transaction will send alarm message in the first time.Second,the high-tech electric larceny grew up in recent years,so people can actualize electric larceny by distorting the intelligent meter metering program without opening the metering cabinet.Then this paper further designed the monitoring platform of intelligent anti-theft system,we can finally make a comprehensive analysis of whether the customers had did electric larceny.Through analysis of the voltage and current information given by data acquisition system and pre judgment information of customers' using electricity given by anti-theft remote monitoring terminal.The intelligent anti-theft system based on on-line monitoring system researched and developed by this paper can contain electric larceny which is difficult to prohibit to some extent,and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the state Power Grid Corp to avoid the loss of state assets future to defend state owned assets and ensure power supply for people.
