The prefabricated concrete building is the building form which is widely popularized by the country at present and its development must rely on the most advanced building information modeling in civil engineering industry.This paper mainly studies the three parts of precast component based on PKPM-BIM platform: the deepening design of precast component,the checking calculation of temporary working condition of the precast component,the data exchange of computer aided manufacturing and the export of processing data.About the deepening design of precast component,the characteristics of laminated slab and laminated shear wall are summarized,and the parameters of laminated slab and laminated shear wall are formed respectively.Then the design scheme of the precast component is put forward,and the reinforcement design of the one-way slab,the two-way edge slab,the two-way middle slab,the wall with one hole,the wall with two holes and the wall without hole is realized,and the deepening design model of the above components is formed according to the results of the reinforcement design.In the process of reinforcement design,the results of design and reinforcement are extracted from the PKPM structural design software through the PDB interface,and the structural analysis and deepening design of prefabricated concrete building are linked.In the process of temporary working condition checking of precast component,the checking calculation scheme for the temporary working condition of laminated slab and laminated shear wall is designed according to the national standard.In the checking scheme,the influence of the steel bar truss on its stiffness and the checking calculation of the gravity center of the laminated shear wall are considered,and the lifting calculation and the demolding calculation of the two kinds of components are completed.According to the checking results of temporary working conditions,a readable checking calculation for practical delivery can be generated to improve the design efficiency and calculation accuracy of the prefabricated concrete building.The data exchange of computer-aided manufacturing for precast components is studied,and data exchange between two parts of deepening design and component processing is achieved.According to the general data exchange rules of prefabricated component in foreign countries,the processing data of the laminated slab and the laminated shear wall are derived and tested.It is found that the rule is less applicable to the computer aided manufacturing of the precast components in China.Therefore,combining with the characteristics of common precast components generally used in China,it is the first time to put forward the domestic precast concrete pouring data exchange rules and the steel processing data exchange rules.According to the data exchange rules,the processing data of the laminated board and the precast wall are derived,and the component computer aided processing is carried out.It is proved that the data exchange rules put forward are more suitable for the computer aided processing of the domestic precast components.In this paper,the function of component deepening design,checking calculation of temporary working conditions and the function of data exchange rules of precast components are well verified and feedback in the application of many engineering projects.
