| Shift mechanism as one of the key parts directly involved in shifting,its performance plays an important role in vehicle shift performance.At present,the research and development of shift mechanism mainly rely on reverse imitation of imported products,lack of development,related performance test research,and performance evaluation system to the shift mechanism.In this article,the multi-body dynamics simulation analysis,experimental research and performance evaluation of the shift selection mechanism were demonstrated from the following aspects.(1)The structure type,working principle and function of the shift mechanism were introduced,laid the foundation for the static and dynamic theoretical analysis of the shift mechanism.AMESim was used to simulate and analyze the shift mechanism affecting on the secondary impact and the maximum shifting force.Increasing the rotational inertia of the shift arm could reduce the secondary impact.(2)Based on the evaluation of the entire vehicle shifting system,a separate test evaluation methods and evaluations were proposed for the shift mechanism,the evaluation indicators of the selected shifting mechanism were detailed introduced and analyzed.The main evaluation indexes for the performance of shift mechanism were selection force,selection displacement,shift force,shift displacement and stiffness,etc.(3)Firstly,according to the motion laws of the shift mechanism in the process of shifting and selecting,these dynamic formulas corresponding to the performance of the shift mechanism were deduced.According to the physical model of the shift mechanism,Solidworks computer-aided design software was used to create the model of the shift mechanism.Combining ADAMS mechanical system dynamics analysis software with theoretical formulas,the dynamic simulation and analysis of the shift mechanism model were performed.(4)The performance test bench for the shift mechanism was constructed,and the principle,composition and function of the test bench were introduced.The shift mechanism performance test bench was used to perform shift performance tests on a shift mechanism.Compared the test results with the simulation results,they were very close,which proved the correctness of the simulation.The performance evaluation methods and the theoretical derivations established in Chapter 3 were used to evaluate and analysis the shift mechanism,objectively.(5)The orthogonal experiments were designed to analyze the influencing factors of the performance of shift mechanism.The main factors those affect the performance of the shift mechanism were obtained respectively.Though the optimal solution combinations selected from the orthogonal experiments,the main factors influencing the performance of the shift mechanism were the shape of the selection ramp and the shift ramp.putting forward the optimal design direction of the shift mechanism.It provided a reliable theoretical basis for the positive development of the shift selection mechanism. |
