Design And Develop A MT Shift System For Certain Vehicle Model

In this article,the MT shift control system means the mechanical connection between the manual transmission and the driver.The main parts of the MT shift system are the shift mechanism assembly and the shift cable assembly.Based on a MT control shift system development,this article summarized the development process of MT shift control system,analyzed the key steps in the development process,and it can provide a reference for similar parts or systems development.Through the analysis of the mechanical motion of the shift mechanism assembly,put the mechanical movement of the MT shift control system in the process of shifting into quantitative analysis,this article set up the model of shift mechanism assembly.And decide the parameters after using the model to analysis the parameters of the shift mechanism assembly.Set up the digifax and shift motor winding of the shift mechanism assembly by UG NX software.Because the bearing body is the key part of the shift mechanism assembly,mainly summarized the points of matching shift lever,choose file arm and shift cable assembly to the bearing body,and analysis the strength and the mole of the bearing body by CAE.The digifax and CAE analysis results can be used to support parts manufacturing and check the vehicle matching.The shift cable assembly is a line liked part,structure is fixed.This article summarized the type and key points of design and analysis for the sub parts of the shift cable assembly.The shift cable assembly is used to transfer shift force and shift schedule between the manual transmission assembly and the shift mechanism assembly,give preference to the part types that have good performance of high transmission efficiency and Good durability.The article summarized the bench test and road test,performance test,etc.of the MT shift control system.The bench test can help to determine if the shift system meet the design requirements.The road test can help to determine the arrangement of parts and parts durable performance.The Performance test can know matching results between the manual transmission assembly and the shift system,to ensure that can provide the driver with accurate manipulation and comfortable experience.
