With the rapid development of air transportation,the air traffic flow has exploded and the airspace system has become increasingly crowded.General Aviation Development and Transportation Air transport has experienced a number of blowouts across the country,and many busy airport and terminal operations have tended to withstand the limits of system service capabilities.Airspace reform is the current development trend.China's airspace system operation is gradually changing to a diversified and wide-area dynamic approach.Only the airspace capacity assessment under a certain flight status and airspace structure will not be able to accurately predict the airspace operating capacity and cannot meet the requirements.The macro requirements of airspace management.In view of the current problems,this paper proposes a capacity assessment for the airspace of the mixed operation(the same control with both IFR and VFR modes),and conducts an example verification of the approach airspace of the southern suburbs of Mianyang.First,by studying the research status at home and abroad,we summarize the current method of airspace capacity assessment;Then,based on the current assessment method,a time-space-based airspace capacity assessment based on controller workload is proposed for hybrid operation.Then,based on the computer simulation technology,the airspace modeling and simulation are performed,and the former two methods are verified by using the capacity evaluation results based on statistical analysis of historical data.Finally,the capacity of Mianyang Airport approaching airspace was evaluated and analyzed.The main tasks of this article are: 1.Based on the DORATASK workload measurement,the measurement method was improved and the controller's workload was classified.Calculate the workload of controllers in different flight modes,and classify the controller's workload types into busy categories.Based on a sophisticated time-phased capacity assessment method for controller workloads,a capacity assessment of the mixed-operation airspace is conducted;2.Modeling and simulation based on computer simulation technology,modeling the visual and instrument flight modes and performance differences;3.To verify the Mianyang Airport case and use two capacity assessment methodsto evaluate the capacity of Mianyang Airport approach control airspace;4.Use the historical statistical analysis results to verify the assessment results.The research purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the air traffic control.It has practical effect on improving the efficiency of airspace utilization,reducing the conflict between visual flight and instrument flight,ensuring the amount of flight traffic,improving the training volume and ensuring the operation safety.
