By analyzing the function test environment of the flight control software,this paper designed the hardware control board of the Semi-physical simulation platform of the flight control software.As the main control unit of aircraft ground testing and official flight,the stability and accuracy of the flight control software play an important role in the flight process of the whole system.The design of the platform has realized the function test of the flight control software on the premise of saving the cost.This paper first introduces the development of semi-physical simulation technology and well-known semi-physical simulation platforms at home and abroad.Combined with the functional requirements of the hardware-in-the-loop simulation framework and the flight control software simulation platform,this paper realizes the design and implementation of the hardware board of the simulation platform.In the design of the hardware card of the semi-physical simulation platform of the flight control software,FPGA is the master controller which sorting the collected and output signals.Then the modular design method is used to complete the construction of platform hardware.After the signal integration,the hardware of the platform is mainly composed of three functional cards: serial communication card,analog switch input card and analog output card.In this paper,the hardware circuit of each functional card,CPCI bus module and power module is introduced in detail,and the configurable serial communication,analog acquisition and output,the acquisition of switch quantity,the specific control logic design of FPGA and PCI9054 communication and the key technologies are described in detail,including the synchronization and shake of the serial communication,the use of the finite-state machine and the selection of the coding mode,the delay filtering of the switch signal and so on.Finally,the unit test of the platform is completed,which proves the working performance of the hardware card of the semi-physical simulation platform.
