| In the modern war,the penetration of weapons is becoming more and more important,and the research of hard target smart fuze is one of its key technologies.Its main function is to realize the precise control of the deep frying point so as to achieve the best damage effect.The development of fuze has developed from traditional time fuze to multi-functional intelligent fuze,such as layer,depth and medium recognition,which is developing in the direction of high precision and high intelligence.In the process of damage to the target body,the projectile needs to endure the persistent effect of the harsh environment,and the space of the projectile is small,and the control of the blasting point is complex.Therefore,the technology research of hard target smart fuze is of great significance for the development of China’s national defense industry.The layer fuze technique is a universal and more accurate method to control the frying point of fuze.The traditional layer technology is based on the threshold discrimination to judge the number of layers.The defect of this method is that it is easy to be misjudged for some complex or relatively strong interference,so that the damage effect of the whole penetration projectile is greatly reduced.Therefore,this paper is on the layer signal.The recognition is carried out in depth.First of all,we need to obtain the multi-layer penetration signal before the layer recognition method is verified.In this paper,a set of multilayer penetration test circuits is designed to obtain the signal.Compared with the penetrating single layer target,the multi-layer penetration signal is more complex,its acceleration and the survival of the testing device are difficult.The choice of the acceleration sensor needs to consider the problem ofzero drift and the survival problem.The zero drift will lead to the inaccuracy of the layer recognition.Therefore,the small piezoresistive sensor with zero drift is selected.The buffer material problem of multilayer penetrator circuit needs to be taken into consideration.The buffer action of pure aluminum foam in the process of one impact is basically not available.Therefore,the active problem of the circuit in the process of multi-layer penetration is solVed by using the mixed buffer material of aluminum foam and thin-walled aluminum tube.Secondly,a new recognition method is proposed in the method of layer recognition.The short time Fourier transform is used to process the multi-layer penetrating signal.Through the analysis of its frequency components and the extraction of the gradient,the frequency conversion curves with time are obtained,and the number of layers information is obtained according to their frequency components.This method is obtained by comparing with the waVelet transform.Finally,the feasibility of the method is verified by analyzing the measured signal. |
