In recent years,China's transportation industry is booming,commercial vehicles are widely used in various transport industries.People always want to know the weight change of goods on the way in real time.Especially in the management of enterprise logistics vehicles,under the background of the rapid development of the technology: Internet of Vehicle and Big Data,the enterprises analyze the real time dynamic vehicle load data.It can effectively carry out task scheduling and monitoring and management of logistics vehicles,thus avoiding unnecessary resource wastage.For government traffic control departments,through real-time and dynamic high-precision load data,In order to prolong the service life of the highway and increase the safety of driving,the traditional static ground pound measurement can no longer meet the needs of the current social development.The solution of real-time dynamic and high precision load measurement has become an important requirement of social development.Based on this,this paper research and designs a commercial vehicle load prediction system.The commercial vehicle load prediction system designed in this paper includes load algorithm and TBox.According to the dynamics of the vehicle,the force under the driving state is analyzed,the mathematical model of the vehicle is established,the load algorithm is designed by combining the model with Newton's second law,and the algorithm is further improved.The core processor of the TBox is the TC233 chip produced by Infineon,which adopts the Linux embedded operating system and the AUTOSAR automobile electronic software architecture.The 3G/4G communication protocol follows the JT808 protocol stipulated by the Ministry of Communications.The communication between the terminal and the vehicle adopts can bus and follows the protocol of SAE J1939.In this system,the TBox can carry out real-time dynamic and high precision vehicle load calculation,and the GPS function and 3G/4G transmission function are designed on the TBox.The vehicle load value and its current position can be transferred to the background supervision center through the on-board 3G/4G function.In addition,the TBox has the function of local data storage,which can be used for data storage backup.Through the laboratory simulation and debugging of the commercial vehicle load prediction system and the actual vehicle test,the results meet the performance requirements of the system,And the system has been applied to FAW liberation of the latest J7 commercial vehicle.
