Wind power resources are abundant in northern China,and wind power generation is developing rapidly.However,during the winter heating period,the thermal power generating set is mostly used in the heat setting mode,which leads to the decline of the power regulation capacity of the power grid and the serious problem of the abandonment of wind.Under this background,the State encourages the north area to carry out the project of wind power heating,conversion of electric energy into heat energy.Not only consumed abandoned wind but also alleviate the haze caused by thermal power heating.For the problem of adjusting capacity of the regenerative electric boiler’s mechanical parts when it is used following consumption of abandoned wind,this paper presents the application of regenerative electric boiler fuse electrochemical energy storage system using in the consumption of abandoned wind.This paper first outlined the current status of domestic and foreign research on the use of heat storage electric boilers and energy storage technologies to participate in wind power consumption.Then the characteristics of wind power output in northern China,and the wind power consumptive demand are analyzed.We expounded the operating principle of the regenerative electric boiler,and the current application and operation mode of regenerative electric boiler using in the abandoned wind.For the problem of adjusting capacity of the regenerative electric boiler’s mechanical parts,the complementary operation characteristics of the electrochemical energy storage and the regenerative electric boiler system are analyzed.Subsequently,the application mode of regenerative electric boiler tracked abandoned wind are analyzed.Considered heating constraints,equipment state constraints and power balance constraints,we established the mathematical model of consumption abandon wind maximum as the goal.In order to solve the problem,we proposed an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm based on dynamic inertia weight and learning factor,and solved the objective function.Then we compared with the traditional two stage operation mode of consumptive abandoned wind situation verified the limitations of the regenerative electric boiler using in consumptive abandoned wind.Finally,this paper analyzed the use of the regenerative electric boiler fusion energy storage in tracking abandoned wind application.We analyzed the architecture of the hybrid system,on the basis of it,taking into account the maximum of abandoned wind and the minimum of the number of times to adjust the boiler,we set up a mathematical model.The membership function are used to transform the multi objective optimization into a single objective optimization problem,then we solved the problem based on the improved particle swarm optimization.Through simulation analysis and economic analysis,this paper verified that increase the energy storage system can significantly improve the efficiency of electric furnace consumptive abandoning wind,and consumed more abandoned wind in the same recovery period of investment.
