With the continuous growth of wind power installed capacity,the contradiction between supply and demand of source power in "Three North Regions"(northeast,northwest and north China)has been aggravating day by day.Typhoon phenomena often occur and the shortage of wind power consumption becomes the main factor constraining the development of wind power.During the winter heat supply period,the peaking capacity of thermal power units for peak regulation plummeted,and the grid space for wind power was reduced,which further led to the abandonment of wind.In order to cope with the increasing abandonment of wind,this paper proposes a method to take the initiative to dissipate the wind from wind turbines using energy storage-coordinated regenerative electric boilers,which consumes the wind and at the same time provides heat to residents to realize the benefits.In this paper,the energy storage coordinated regenerative electric boiler initiative to consume wind power research,the main contents are as follows:First of all,the paper puts forward a method to take the initiative to consume the wind energy by the energy storage coordination regenerative electric boiler.Based on the factors such as the wind power consumption,energy storage scale and operating conditions of the regenerative electric boiler,the wind power-energy storage system-"Source-Reservoir-Charge" Model of Regenerative Electric Boiler.This part analyzes the wind power consumption effect under three kinds of wind power heating modes:starting and stopping at a fixed time of the regenerative electric boiler,tracking and abandoning the air by the regenerative electric boiler,and tracking the wind power and abandoning the wind by the regenerative electric boiler with energy storage.By analyzing the operation stability of the regenerative electric boiler,it is concluded that the energy storage coordinated regenerative electric boiler consumes the best wind turbines and effectively reduces the number of changes in the operating power of the regenerative electric boiler.Secondly,according to the assessment of the economy of energy consumption of wind energy storage boiler,"wind power","energy storage system" and "regenerative electric boiler" are taken as game participants and the maximum daily gain of system is taken as the objective function.Based on the constraint conditions such as time-of-use electricity price,wind power feed-in tariff,abandonment of wind power and power regulation times of regenerative boiler,the economic evaluation model of wind power consumption of "source-accumulator-load" combined operation system based on game theory is established,Using Particle Swarm Optimization to Solve the Model.The validity of the model is verified by the actual operation data of a wind power generation heat project.The simulation results show that the combined system of wind power,energy storage system and regenerative boiler can consume the wind power and achieve the best overall system economy.Finally,based on the research results in the previous section,the MATLAB GUI was used to develop the energy-saving effect and economic evaluation software for energy storage system to coordinate the regenerative electric boiler and to compile it into an application program that can be run independently from Matlab.The research results are more versatile and readable.
