As a deterrent weapon of the country,gun-launched missile has the ability to accurately strike targets and is one of the important combat forces of national defense.Due to its special mission,gun-launched missile has the characteristics of long development cycle and high life cycle cost,while the RMS(Reliability,Maintainability and Supportability)parameter,as an important technical indicator of the artillery missile equipment,has an important influence on the combat effectiveness,cost of the system and performance and so on.Traditional design models that only focus on performance design can not adapt to the development of modern equipment anymore.Therefore,in order to improve the combat effectiveness and reduce life cycle cost of gun-launched missile,it is necessary to execute comprehensive trade-off design between the performance of gun-launched missile and RMS parameters during missile development.In this thesis,the RMS parameter system of the gun-launched missile system is described in detail and several important parameters are specifically analyzed;some basic theories and key technologies used in cost,performance,and RMS design are researched.Firstly,it includes analysis about the comprehensive trade-off between performance and RMS,and study about the effectiveness model,common cost estimation method and sensitivity analysis of gun-launched missile;According to analysis about comprehensive trade-off analysis between performance,RMS and cost of gun-launched missile,a system performance model based on the exponential method and cost models about various stages of the life cycle by using the engineering estimation method are established,which lays a theoretical foundation for subsequent research work.The paper ends with a certain type of gun-launched missile as an example.A visualization and operation-friendly simulation platform under the Visual Studio 2010 environment is established,and using this simulation platform,system performance value and cost value can be calculated quickly and easily,Besides,sensitivity analysis on the crucial RMS parameters,which affects the effectiveness and cost of gun-launched missile system is executed.Finally,under the premise of cost-effectiveness as a trade-off criterion,this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of each design scheme based on the calculation results.
