Gunfire missile as a strategic weapon with high destructive power in our country.Its precision of hitting targets is much higher than that of conventional artillery,and it has made great contributions to our national defense.Due to the complexity of its structure,artillery missiles are not only expensive to invest in development,but even the maintenance and support costs during use are much higher than the development costs.This makes it more and more important to improve the effectiveness of artillery missile systems.The common method for evaluating the value of gun-launched missiles is to weigh performance,RMS and cost,and the performance,RMS,and cost interact with each other to jointly promote the continuous improvement and technological progress of gun-launched missiles.With the modernization of weapons,the design process that only focused on performance design in the past is no longer suitable for the development of modern equipment.From the current situation,it is also necessary to vigorously control the cost of weapon systems in the development process.In this paper,the development and technical progress of artillery missile were arranged,the structure of performance and RMS parameter system was clarified,and the relationship between performance and RMS was combed.Then,the theoretical basis and key parameters of cost,performance and RMS were discussed,and the effectiveness and cost of the missile were analyzed and modeled.Then,based on the comprehensive balance analysis of the performance,RMS and cost of the missile system,a performance calculation model reflecting the structural performance,range,guidance and control capabilities and power of the missile was established.Then,through the analysis of the life cycle cost composition,the meaning of each component was clarified,and the cost calculation model of the three stages of the missile was established through the engineering estimation algorithm.Finally,the efficiency ratio model of artillery missile was established,and the efficiency model and life cycle cost modelwere combined.Finally,it is applied to the screening of a gun-fired missile.Then,based on the scheme selection method studied,the application software was constructed in the Visual Studio environment based on the selection of the gun-fired missile program.The algorithm model of the software was consistent with the calculation model established in this paper.The design scheme module can record the parameters of all the schemes.The efficiency analysis and cost analysis module can calculate the system efficiency and its life cycle cost quickly.The calculation results of the software are accurate and can be used as a basis for comprehensive evaluation of the merits and demerits of each option.
