The study on green evaluation of the mechanical processing process is of great significance for reducing resource consumption and environmental emissions.However,the green evaluation index data of the existing mechanical processing process is difficult to be obtained,and the subjectivity of the evaluation process is strong as well as the difficult to effectively play a practical role in the production process.The following research will be carried out based on the National 863 Program(NO.2014AA041504)and the National Natural Science Foundation of China(No.51275365).Firstly,the relevance between resource and environment analysis objects and environmental impact are established based on the analysis of existing IMPACT2002+ evaluation methods and processing process resource environment attributes.After then,green evaluation index system for machining processes based on IMPACT2002+ is constructed with eight types of environmental impact types suitable for localization are selected.Secondly,a green evaluation model of mechanical processing was set up based on IMPACT2002+.The machining process of screw nut seats is taken as an example,the green evaluation results were analyzed,and the green process plan and energy bottleneck process in the process were identified.Then,the cutting amount of the energy consumption bottleneck process was analyzed,and multi-objective optimization model of the machining process with the cutting speed and feed amount as variables,and the energy consumption and processing time of as goal was established.Finally,the SQL Server 2008 database is used as a tool,and the Browse/Sever(B/S)architecture is utilized,after that,a green evaluation and optimization support system for machining process was integrated and developed under the Visual Studio 2010 platform.In conjunction with a machinery manufacturing company,the system architecture,workflow,and functional modules are described.
