| In recent years,with the rapid development of our country’s economy,construction industry face a brand-new opportunity of development,but it is faced with the huge challenge also.Because our country,s traditional way of building cannot meet the needs of social development on environmental protection,conservation of resources,etc.Transformation and upgrading in the construction industry in our country must be carried out.Meanwhile because of less influence on the environment,more effective use of resources,less waste of resources and faster construction efficiency over the construction process,prefabricated building become the important guarantee of facing challenges and realizing the construction industry transformation and upgrading in our country.In this paper,we take the distribution of prefabricated parts as the research object,The purpose is to optimize the distribution cost of prefabricated components by studying the prefabricated parts distribution model.(1)In the paper,we researched the traditional logistics distribution first,realizing that The distribution of prefabricated components is essentially the traditional logistics distribution,but due to the particularity of the prefabricated components,the distribution form is different from traditional logistics.By analyzing the process and characteristics of prefabricated parts distribution,we put forward the theory of vehicle scheduling for prefabricated components distribution on the basis of traditional vehicle scheduling theory.Mainly reflect in that we add the time window and the waiting cost resoult from that the distribution vehicle wait to be unloaded and the punishment cost resoult from that the distribution vehicle arrive at construction organization late to traditional logistics distribution costs.(2)On the basis of the theory of vehicle scheduling for prefabricated components proposed,we set up a mathematic model for the distribution cost of prefabricated parts.Next,to improve the traditional intelligent optimization algorithm,we added the more easily realized mountain climbing algorithm to the operation steps of the widely applied genetic algorithm and then we put forward a new hybrid algorithm.Next,we use Matlab program and test function to test the hybrid algorithm,the test results show that the hybrid algorithm is superior then the genetic algorithm in solving the optimal solution,and prove the superiority of the hybrid algorithm.Finally,we used the algorithm to calculate a actual example and obtain a reasonable scheduling scheme,which further proves the effectiveness of the hybrid algorithm to optimize the distribution cost of prefabricated components. |
