In recent years,with the vigorous advocacy and continuous promotion of construction industrialization in China,under the background of sustainable development strategy,the development of assembly architecture is an inevitable trend.The assembly building concrete precast component production enterprises will have opportunities for development,and shoulder important responsibilities at the same time.The supply schedule of precast concrete structures(PC)directly affects the construction schedule.In this paper,the vehicle scheduling problem of PC component in assembly building is studied,which is the core content of supply schedule.At present,the current assembly building PC component production enterprises are only based on the experience of dispatching management of distribution vehicles,and lack of scientific distribution vehicle scheduling management methods.This paper is devoted to the research of an effective distribution vehicle scheduling scheme which meets the characteristics of the assembly building PC components.It not only meets the progress of the constructor,but also meets the schedule and cost requirements of the assembly building PC component production enterprise.For the assembly building industry chain,the supply and demand parties are of great significance.On the basis of analyzing and comparing domestic and foreign research status and consulting a large number of relevant documents,this paper expounds the characteristics of assembly building PC components distribution and the related theory of vehicle scheduling problem(VRPTW)with time window.At the same time,it introduces several commonly used algorithms to solve VRPTW,and makes comparative analysis.After establishing the relevant theoretical basis and method,based on the distribution process of the assembly building PC component,a distribution vehicle scheduling model with the minimum delivery cost is established for a distribution station to serve multiple construction sites,and the demand is determined,and the distribution vehicle is limited.Then,the basic theory of artificial bee colony algorithm(ABC)and simulated annealing algorithm(SA)and the advantages and disadvantages of the two algorithms are expounded respectively.A hybrid artificial bee colony algorithm based on SA(HABC)is proposed to solve the model of distribution vehicle scheduling.Then five standard test functions are used to test the performance of the improved algorithm,and the performance of HABC is proved to be better than ABC and SA respectively.Finally,the optimization model of distribution vehicle scheduling is used to solve the actual example.The model is solved by three algorithms,SA,ABC and HABC,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the HABC model are verified through the analysis andcomparison of the results.At the same time,the optimal scheduling scheme with the minimum cost as the goal is obtained.The vehicle scheduling problem of PC component distribution provides new methods and references.
