| With the development of our country’s economy,infrastructure facilities,especially those represented by railways and highways,have been accelerating,and special tunnels have emerged in large numbers.Special Features Deep-buried road tunnels usually must have transverse channels in the middle of th em.The structure of the cross-passage of the tunnel is special,and the mechanical characteristics of the construction are complex.The cross section of the cross-aisle and the main tunnel and the peace guide tunnel is a weak link in the tunnel construction.Therefore,reasonable analysis methods and scientific numerical simulations are used to study and analyze the surrounding rock deformation and support conditions during the construction of tunnel cross-passages,so that tunnel design and construction b ecome more secure and reliable,reducing the potential safety hazards of the tunnel after operation.There are very important theoretical and practical implications.On the basis of reading and referring to relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper takes the S205 line Loess-Girder Tunnel as the engineering background,and uses the combination of on-site monitoring and numerical simulation to analyze the driving of the crosswalk of the car to the parallel guide tunnel.Deformation of the surrounding rock of the main tunnel.The research mainly includes the following contents and results:(1)Analyzed the current domestic and international tunnel engineering monitoring technology,tunnel cross-channel research and tunnel engineering numerical simulation research status,proposed the differences in the study and analysis of this paper.(2)Analyze the engineering geology of the Huangtuliang tunnel and the basic relationship of the finite element equations to provide the preconditions for the numerical simulation.(3)Use ANSYS to build a three-dimensional finite element numerical calculation model,and then simulate the entire excavation process of the loess and cross-channel,and analyze the deformation rules of the main tunnel and the parallel guide tunnel during construction of the cross-channel.The results show that: The structure of the cross-section of the cross-channel and the main tunnel and the flat tunnel is in a very unfavorable state of stress and deformation characteristics;the deformation of the main tunnel and the parallel guide tunnel in the construction of the cross-channel is mainly manifested in the initial support phase;the cross-channel and the main tunnel and The horizontal displacement of the surrounding rock of the small side of the flat guide hole is larger,and the displacement settlement of the arch and the vault at the intersecting section is larger;the construction of the transverse tunnel has greater influence on the deformation of the surrounding rock of the main tunnel th an that of the surrounding rock of the flat tunnel.Deformation effects.(4)Based on the analysis of measured data and numerical simulation results,suggestions are made for the construction of cross-channels for similar projects in the future. |
