In order to make the construction industry sustainable,recycling of waste concrete is crucial.The core concrete of steel pipe recycled concrete structure is under multiaxial compression,which can make up for the disadvantage of poor mechanical properties of recycled concrete,and provides a new idea for recycling waste concrete,which is in line with the general pattern of resource recycling and reuse in society today.In this paper,axial compression experiments and ABAQUS finite element simulation studies of 12 high strength recycled aggregate concrete filled steel tubular(HSRACFST)under 4 different slenderness ratios are carried out.The specific work includes the following aspects:(1)Test and Theoretical Researcha.The production process and test preparation of the HSRACFST were introduced in detail,and the basic mechanical properties of the recycled concrete and steel pipe raw materials were tested.b.Axial compressive tests were performed on 12 HSRACFST with 4 different slenderness ratios,and the force forms and failure processes of the members with different slenderness ratios were analyzed.c.Based on the experimental data,load-displacement curves,load-strain curves,load ratios-poisson ratio curves,yield loads,ductility coefficients,and stiffness degradations of various components were obtained,and different slenderness ratios were analyzed.d.Based on the experimental research and theoretical analysis,the calculation formula of the bearing capacity of the axially compressed concrete column of circular steel tube recycled concrete is given.(2)Finite element simulation sectiona.A brief introduction to the finite element method,combined with the existing experimental results of the group to elaborate the constitutive relationship between the steel tube and the recycled concrete,and select an appropriate method to establish a suitable method for the establishment of a circular steel recycled concrete axial compression column with the ABAQUS.b.Yield stress cloud diagram of steel pipe and core recycled concrete of four kinds slenderness ratio components in finite element analysis results,comparison diagram of each component before and after deformation,stress cloud diagram of core recycled concrete at different axial heights,The strength of the restraint for the core recycled concrete and steel pipe is compared for different slenderness ratios.c.Conducted a comparative study of the ultimate bearing capacity,P-? curves and experimental data of each component obtained from the finite element analysis results,and analyzed the reasons for the differences between them.
