The CSP pendulum shear hydraulic clutch is one of the core parts of the power transmission of the pendulum shears on the CSP production line,and it mainly transmits the torque through the sliding friction of the friction plates and the paired steel plates.Each time the pendulum shears,the clutch master and follower will slide relative to each other,then the frictional contact surface generates a large number of frictional heat.A lot of heat flow input will cause the temperature field of the friction pair to change,which will lead to the change of the thermal stress field,which will eventually lead to the change of the mechanical state of the friction pair.The accumulation of a large number of frictional heat flows can cause changes in the temperature field and the thermal stress field,resulting in the destruction of the disk.Based on the actual work of the clutch,this paper first analyzes the frictional friction power of the contact surface of the friction pair.Then based on the fractal geometry theory and the hypothesis of the linear change of the oil temperature,the finite element technique is used to simulate the friction pair.Besides the distribution characteristics of the temperature and stress fields of the friction pair and the relationship between the two;through the thermal-mechanical coupling analysis of the clutch friction pair,the thermal elastic characteristics of the middle friction pair under different working conditions are discussed.Finally,the thermal analysis of the friction pair is performed.Using AMEsim to predict the temperature of pendulum shear hydraulic clutch and formulate corresponding temperature control management strategy.Through the study of this paper,we have a preliminary understanding of the performance of the CSP pendulum hydraulic clutch,which has important guiding significance for optimizing the working performance of the clutch,improving the service life and working reliability.
