With the continuous development of Railway transportation in China,higher requirements are put forward for the reliability of train foundation braking.Thermal fatigue,wear and warping are the main factors causing the failure of the brake disc.These failure phenomena are closely related to the temperature and thermal stress of the brake disc.Therefore,accurate prediction of the temperature field and stress distribution of the brake disc system has become the key technical content to study the brake disc.The brake disc in thermal-mechanical coupling simulation calculation does not consider the effect of thermal contact resistance,so this article in a standard highspeed train wheel brake disc system as the object,according to the characteristics of its multiple parts contact interface,the contact interface between the contact thermal resistance of a variety of related model,analyzed the applicability research in order to improve the forecast each part of the brake disc system on the accuracy of the temperature field and stress field distribution.Firstly,many thermal contact models are summarized,their characteristics and basic properties are studied,and classification and preliminary screening are conducted according to the physical characteristics of the models.Furthermore,the pressure sensitivity of different thermal contact models is analyzed,and the selected models and the basis of model selection are given.Then according to the standard wheel-mounted brake disc system of China's highspeed trains,Solidworks software was used to build a three-dimensional solid model.After the actual work conditions of brake disc system are simplified,the load and boundary conditions are determined.In addition,according to the selected thermal contact model,the key parameters of the contact interface are measured to complete the contact setting.Finally,ABAQUS software was used to complete the thermodynamic coupling calculation model of the brake disc.Finally,the thermo-mechanical coupling model of the brake disc is calculated under different working conditions,and the temperature field and stress field at key positions in the simulation results are analyzed and summarized.The emergency braking test of the wheel mounted brake disc is carried out and three key parameters of the brake disc system are obtained.The applicability of the thermal contact model is analyzed by combining the simulation results with the experimental results.69 Figures,37 tables,43 references.
