| The dumper is a modern unloading equipment used for the unloading of various bulk materials,which is widely used in metallurgy,electric power,chemical industry,transportation,coal and other industries.The turning machine completes the clamping position and reverse unloading of the railway open car,and the clamping position is realized by the hydraulic system.The unloading work is accomplished by turning the turning of the car by the inverter motor.Due to the poor working environment of the dumper,it is difficult to troubleshoot and troubleshoot,and the maintenance time is long,which can seriously affect the working efficiency of the car.Therefore,it is very important to take effective measures to reduce the failure of the car.This topic comes from huanggang dabie mountain plant tipper hydraulic system renovation project,by looking up the related literatures and field,a deep understanding of the working principle and common troubles of car dumper,with separate hydraulic dumper ontology car dumper hydraulic transmission system and control system as the research object,has carried on the research work of the following several aspects:First of all,according to the power plant to provide car dumper 2 d drawings,establish a three-dimensional model of car dumper,dynamics simulation was carried out on the state of movement in the process of car dumper flip,analyzes the discharge process,the floors of car dumper needed to beam and by force.Secondly,the existing problems and reasons of the hydraulic system of the original dumper are analyzed,and the reform scheme of the dumper body separated hydraulic system is proposed,and a new hydraulic system is designed.Considering that there are many problems in the motor drive of the dumper,the new system adds a body rotary circuit and USES hydraulic drive to drive the dumper to turn over.In addition,according to some technical parameters of the original hydraulic system,the main hydraulic component parameters of the new system are selected.Then,analysis the reason of the gondola car off road,and the stress of the gondola car for the mathematical modeling,through the hydraulic simulation software,the optimized by car dumper is needed and by circuit simulation,verify the feasibility after optimization of hydraulic system.Finally,using Matlab and AMEsim simulation model for the design of the dumper hydraulic drive system simulation analysis,the simulation results show that the fuzzy PID control than normal PID control improves the dumper flip Angle position dynamic tracking error and the position Angle error,can further improve the control performance of system. |
