Hydraulic Key Technology In The Car Dumper Transformation Of No.1and No.2Coal Project

Withthe efficiency transform of the Da Qin Railway, the old C63and C70serials for theunlocking progress are now replaced by C80serial which are locked together. The oldcar dumpers of the Coal Project No.1and No.2no longer get with the change of the C80series. The whole electrical and mechanical fluid equipment must be improvedcorrespondingly.The failure rate of driving device in the Coal Project No.1was too high. Based on theadaptability of C80serial, this transportation concerns on the unsteability and lowprecision of the DC motor changing current speed adjusting system. Pump controlledhydraulic motor loop closed system is chose as driving device. Velocity is controlled byproportional variable technology and speed feedback. For automation, the progress iscontrolled by PLC. Industry controlled net is made through field bus and Ethernet.Through human and machine interface (HMI) technique the progress is used andmanaged. This article focuses on the principle of the hydraulic system, type choosing,installation, adjustment, application and maintenance.In the Coal Project No.2, we design new mechanical on the base of old civilconstruction. Cars are fixed by hydraulic system, and it has been used for a long time.Reliability is the problem. Also, the pulp station is power wasting, car fixing structure isnot convenient for maintenance, the cylinder structure is not stable, the tubes are easyaging. Technical improvement are made correspondingly. Reliability is improved.Production is guaranteed. The article gives a statement on the harm, sources, protectionand treatment of hydraulic pollution.This achievement now is in use, and has reached expected result.
