Graphene as a lubricating additive in lubricating property is currently a hot research.But graphene is easy to join its first general modifications or add a dispersing agent for processing.In this paper,the experimental study elaborated lubricant additives and antiwear mechanism of graphene as a water-based,oil-based lubricating and solid(coating),and focused on exploring graphene prepared by supercritical CO2 expanding graphite method was directly added to poly alpha olefin base oil 2#(PAO-2)and the lubrication properties of graphene in water-based lubrication performance difference between different size graphene and friction properties of graphene coatings prepared by sol-gel method in ZM-1-type inorganic silicon water-based paints.The results showed: untreated graphene in PAO-2 are well dispersed and still have significant anti-friction and anti-wear effect,with increasing concentration of graphene,the friction coefficient decreasing then increasing,it was found that the lubrication mode has changed from mixed lubrication to boundary lubrication considering coefficient of friction and the load;the wear mechanism of graphene in PAO-2 is abrasive wear,lubrication mechanism is deposited film formed on the friction surface.Friction-reducing effect of 10?m particle size of graphene was better than 40?m,wear mechanism of graphene in water is mainly abrasive wear and adhesive wear,lubrication mechanism is that graphene plays a role in reducing friction wear and friction by forming a deposited film and chemical reaction film.Using GCr15 ball sample for the sliding friction wear test showed that graphene can reduce the friction coefficient of ZM-1 type inorganic silicon water-based paint for coating solvent,and the higher the concentration of graphene,the better of the anti-friction anti-wear properties,wear mechanism are mainly adhesive wear and fatigue wear.
