Gas turbine driven compressor unit is the core equipment of gas pipeline.The safety and efficiency of gas pipeline operation are directly influenced by the operation of gas turbine.Under such circumstance,the research on gas turbine performance monitoring system based on the thermodynamic parameters can help the operators and monitors to accurately judge the operation status of the units,and arrange the production and maintenance work more reasonably.In view of the above situation,this thesis mainly completes the following works:(1)Based on the data test points arrangement of GE LM2500+ used on gas pipeline compressor station,combined with the actual needs,the performance calculation model for GE LM2500+ has been established,which calculates the compressor efficiency,turbine efficiency,output power,heat consumption rate of GE LM2500+.(2)Based on the performance characteristic curve of GE LM2500+,Kriging interpolation method is used to establish the calculation agent model of the output power and heat consumption rate of the engine.According to the input working parameters,the standard output power and heat consumption rate of the engine are obtained.Based on the comparison between the actual value and the standard value,the output power and heat consumption rate relative deviations are calculated.(3)Based on the calculation methods above,combined with the research results in field of gas turbine performance monitoring of our research group,the thermodynamic parameters based gas turbine performance monitoring software is developed and applied to the monitoring field.According to the needs of software development,comparative analysis of different ways to get pipeline gas turbine real-time operational data is made.Access of real-time operational data in PI database is realized using PI-API.The mixed programming using MATLAB and LabVIEW is realized,which improves the efficiency of software development.
