| At present,with the rapid development of the train,the train is an important transportation mode,more and more people choose to train as an important way to travel,to enable passengers to enjoy a more comfortable environment,study on air distribution of train,and the airflow inside the car optimization is particularly important.How to ensure the indoor airflow meet the requirements of the situation and the AIRDISTRIBUTION optimized solution method is not yet clear,but the solution to this problem has great significance on the study of airflow on the.Therefore,this paper takes a train station climate chamber experiment indoor air flow organization as the research object,the relationship between the various influencing factors of airflow through the calculation and analysis of the climate chamber,and the relationship between the effect of the air chamber of the organizational climate factors and evaluation index,in order to optimize the air distribution calculation of train climate chamber.The main contents of this paper are as follows:By establishing the physical model and mathematical model of the climate chamber,this paper studies how to optimize the parameters design of air conditioning in the climate chamber.According to the design requirements,the maximum air volume,the air supply temperature difference and the deflector angle of the guide plate are determined,so as to achieve the parameters of the uniform and stable thermal environment of the air flow regulation.Through the experiment,it is proved that the flow organization can be optimized to a certain extent by establishing the Kriging agent model.The data are processed according to the experimental and simulation results.Numerical simulation is applied to simulate the flow field in the climate chamber based on computational fluid dynamics,and the influence of air supply mode,air temperature difference,envelope heat transfer and other factors on the airflow organization is analyzed.It provides the basis and basis for the analysis of air flow in the climate chamber,and also pave the way for the optimization of the air floworganization in the climate chamber.Then,for the optimization part,a surrogate model is established.The genetic algorithm based on the Kriging surrogate model is adopted.With the uneven coefficient as the evaluation standard,the parameters affecting the climate chamber are preliminarily calculated and optimized,and the accuracy is checked. |
