Nowadays,the rapid development of space observation brings great opportunities and challenges.Compared with the near earth monitoring methods,such as aircraft and radar,the earth observation satellite has the advantages of wide observation area and high security,and plays a very important role in military and civil fields.Relative to the complex and huge number of observation tasks,although the number of satellites in orbit is increasing and the capacity of sensor is more powerful,the satellite resources are increasingly scarce.How to make a reasonable arrangement of the earth observation satellite resources to meet the needs of users,has become the urgent problem in the field of satellite mission planning.From the current research,most of the researches are single task scheduling for imaging satellites,and the task planning for electronic reconnaissance satellites is less.How to establish the model and solve the model of the satellite mission planning problem is always the focus and difficulty of the technology.At the same time,how to deal with a large number of observation data is the basis of a new round of the optimal mission planning,and the quality of the decision will directly affect the effect of the satellite observation when the satellite observation system needs to cycle and continuous observation.Therefore,this article is from the above two aspects of the satellite mission planning technology research,the main research contents are as follows:1.Based on the study of the model of satellite cooperative observation mission,the model of continuous observation for the target region is established.Aiming at the problem of how to detect the multi area of electronic reconnaissance satellite,Through analyzing the application of scene,mission requirements and implementation constraints of electronic reconnaissance satellites,this paper established a model for task planning of earth observation satellites and satellite observation tasks,divided into the first task planning and task planning cycle.In this paper,the space,time and frequency are discretized,and the concept of behavior set is put forward.Aiming at the initial mission planning,the optimization model of time,space and frequency three dimensional coverage is established;for the cyclic task planning,an optimization model is established to maximize the probability of target detection.2.The satellites observation mission planning model algorithm is studied,by using the improved genetic algorithm,this paper presents a new algorithm for solving the model in.Through the establishment of binary time-frequency matrix encoding way to improve encoding structure,proposing an improved method of matrix loop initialization(MLI)for population initialization and the penalty function to deal with constraints and other methods,the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.The simulation results show that the improved algorithm can be used to solve the multi satellite long coded multi constrained optimization problem.3.Research on satellite mission planning based on the circulation problem,contrary to observation data for a large number of application problems,based on the D-S theory,the data and the combination rules are modified,put forward a kind of improved D-S theory.In view of the fact that classical evidence theory can not solve the problem of large amount of conflict data,the theory of evidence is applied to the satellite cooperative observation model by means of data filtering,weights of evidence and fuzzy rules.The simulation results show that the improved method proposed in this paper can effectively enhance the effect of evidence theory on the contrary evidence fusion,and can be effectively applied to the satellite mission planning model.4.The design and implementation of simulation platform for Earth Observation satellites.The platform uses the STK satellite toolkit as the display interface,using Matlab and C# mixed programming mode.The platform includes a number of functional modules,the module is to retain the standard data interface,you can achieve the expansion of the algorithm and needs.It can realize the design of the ground target and the satellite constellation,and can use the intelligent algorithm to solve the task demand and satisfy the need of the satellite mission planning.
