Earth observation satellite is a kind of artificial earth satellite that uses a variety of observation equipment to monitor or track targets on the earth’s surface in the Earth Orbit to obtain information.Because of its large coverage and great observation effect,earth observation satellite plays an important role in military,economic,scientific,agricultural and other domains.With the increasing number of satellites in orbit,the demand for earth observation is also developing towards large-scale,diversified and customized.Observation satellite resources are still relatively tight.How to coordinate multiple satellites to develop cooperative observation plans and give full play to the observation efficiency of satellites carrying different types of imaging loads is the key to solving the problem.When observing and imaging a large-scale ground target group,the problem of repetition of requirements and overlap of observations is prominent.In order to improve the observation efficiency of satellites,it can be considered to merge and observe near-ground targets that meet certain constraints.In this paper,the problem of multi-satellite cooperative imaging mission planning considering target coordination is studied.The constraints of satellite resources and imaging activities are fully considered.The conditions for merging observations between ground targets are discussed and the solutions are given.The analysis and processing method of sudden insertion of time-critical targets is added.By optimizing the solution in stages,the optimal multi-satellite cooperative observation plan with the maximum profit value is finally given to meet the observation requirements.This paper focuses on problem analysis,model establishment and algorithm design.The main work is as follows:(1)The mission planning model of earth observation satellite is established.In this paper,the constraints of observation satellite resources,the constraints between observation tasks and the constraints that can be merged between ground targets in the process of satellite mission planning are analyzed.The atomic task is defined as the basic element of scheduling.Based on the premise,reasonable assumptions are made to reduce the influence of other constraints to simplify the model.The different processing methods of time-critical targets and other targets are given.Finally,a multi-satellite cooperative imaging mission planning model considering task coordination is established and the objective function of problem solving is given.(2)The multi-satellite mission planning problem is solved by using the idea of phased optimization.In order to improve the efficiency of solving the problem,the complex multisatellite mission planning problem is solved in stages.Firstly,the problem is decomposed into two sub-problems: task allocation and task coordination.The improved ant colony algorithm is used to solve the problem of multi-satellite task allocation.Through the improved design of pheromone matrix,solution construction method and pheromone update criterion,the strong search ability and parallel computing ability of intelligent algorithm are fully utilized.The constraints and possible synthesis methods of near-ground target merging are discussed in a single orbit of the satellite,and an improved optimal synthesis algorithm for single-track target integration is proposed to solve the problem of ground target merging.Coordinate and optimize the information interaction between the two modules to achieve feedback guidance,and finally give the optimal multi-satellite cooperative observation scheme.Respond quickly to the suddenly inserted time-sensitive target,analyze and process the time-sensitive target information,update the list of observation tasks to be performed,and adjust the task planning strategy to complete the observation requirements for the time-sensitive target.The feasibility of the proposed problem solving method and the effectiveness of the algorithm improvement are proved by simulation experiments.
