When the mechanical equipment under alternating cyclic loading equipment,often after a certain load times of fatigue failure and failure.Statistical data show that in various fields of modern industry,because of the fatigue failure caused by the structural strength of the destruction events accounted for 80%,therefore,how to effectively prevent service equipment fatigue failure,the equipment in the fatigue life design does not occur failure to become the important subject of people.In this paper,the main line according to strengthen the body crack of swing arm bracket in the process of road experiment to analyze the force of the body swing arm bracket and carries on the optimization design,has reached to satisfy the requirement of the product life cycle fatigue life.First of all,according to the installation of the swing arm structure,surrounding a boundary and the use of motion envelope using modeling software CATIA 3 d modeling of swing arm bracket,and then according to the force of the swing arm bracket,the use of finite element method,through the calculation of the software function of swing arm support for static strength check,then use fatigue analysis software Nastran,the body swing arm fatigue strength analysis and checking of the support.Through a series of calculations,concluded that the stress intensity and fatigue strength design data can not meet the design requirements,and the vehicle to strengthen road experiment body swing arm bracket crack phenomenon occurring in the process of consistent results.According to the above analysis and the experimental conclusion,will have on the body swing arm bracket structure design optimization,increase the swing arm support connected to the body of the longitudinal beam stress area,analyzed by Nastran,conform to the vehicle to strengthen road experiment was under spectrum loading stress intensity and fatigue strength requirements.
