As the central nervous system of the modern information warfare,the command and control network becomes the brain of command and the strategic target of the primary attack during the battle.The problems and challenges to guarantee and improve the system reliability of the special military network are obvious,and its corresponding military significance and strategic significance are obvious,too.The reliability of the command and control network based on the network reliability and the joint-test of XX brigade command and control network is studied in this dissertation.The research content has certain significance for the reliability assessment of military command network system,the network topology design and the network key node identification and maintenance.The main research content includes the following aspects:(1)This dissertation used the dynamic fault tree to model the two-terminal connected reliability based on the "command-battle" command and control network communication connected task,and the discrete-time bayesian networks is applied for the first time for the two-terminal network connectivity reliability study,which is carried on the reliability prediction to the network and equipment diagnosis.(2)This dissertation used the method of edge extension diagram and binary decision diagram to evaluate the connectivity reliability in the basic command post of the command and control network.Firstly,this paper simplified the network topology,did the edge extension under the reliable node,build the path function and associated replacement,ordered the variable ordering,construct the binary decision diagram and recursively calculated the two terminal connected realiability of the command and control network.Secondly,this paper made a further analysis of the importance degree and ranking for the command and control network,and studied the sensitivity of network topological structure.Thirdly,this paper evaluated the K-terminal connection reliability of the command and control network based on the reliability assessment method of the two-terminal connection.Throuth the comparing of the Brute-Force method and the Fixed-Sink method,this paper evaluate the K-terminal connection reliability by using the Brute-Force method,which is more efficient and easy to operate.(3)The evaluation software for the network connectivity reliability is developed based on the method of the edge extension diagram and binary decision diagram.The functional requirements of software and the overall design of the system are introduced.The BitMap algorithm and the improved Tree node form “Tree.Java” are designed based on the Java programming language.Finally,the software is used to evaluate network connectivity reliability by the network graph in the reference.By comparing with the results in the paper,it verifies the correctness and efficiency of the software on the evaluation for network connectivity reliability.
