High speed railway system is extremely complex engineering systems and strong correlation exists between subsystems.The high-speed railway system integrates automation,electronization,mechanization and intellectualization.It has tens of thousands of railway special equipment,such as signal,relay,catenary,line,motor train unit,wireless communication equipment and so on.The failure of any equipment may disturb the normal work of the system and disturb the order of train operation.When minor interference occurs,the dispatcher can compensate train delays by catching or using redundant time,which has little influence on the passengers.Nevertheless,when serious interference occurs leading to a temporary interruption of a high speed railway line trains cannot pass through,for example,the line was destroyed by natural disasters,the train fault occurred in the interval of line and so on.Then the dispatcher needs to adjust the disturbed train to a larger extent,especially when the trains were cancelled for some reasons.The dispatcher still needs to draw up passenger transfer plan,so its operation difficulty is obvious.The main work of this article is as follows:In the first chapter,the literature at home and abroad is reviewed,and the research content and technical route are put forward.The second chapter focuses on the relationship between train operation adjustment and passengers.It points out that train operation adjustment is affected by three factors: passenger departure time,passenger OD and passenger number.However,the passenger is also affected by train operation adjustment.There are two universal laws of the tolerance of passenger waiting time: First,the longer the waiting time for the passengers,the greater the probability of the refund.In addition,as the waiting time becomes longer,the increase rate of the refund probability becomes faster and finally tends to be stable;Second,long distance passengers are more tolerant of late time than short travelers.This chapter also focuses on the analysis of constraints on the train operation adjustment,including equipment,train diagram and passenger.The third chapter is based on the second chapter,and builds a mixed 0-1 integer linear programming model.This chapter studied a comprehensive problem that contains sequencing problem and assignment problem.According to the characteristics of the third chapter,the fourth chapter designs the acceleration mechanism and the decomposition algorithm based on the rolling time thinking.The fifth chapter takes the Wuhan Guangzhou High Railway as the background to build an example,and the decomposition algorithm is coded in MATLAB R2015 a and CPLEX 12.6 is invoked to solve the model.The results show that the model and algorithm are effective and feasible.
