With the expansion of the railway network and the increasing frequency of train operation,the influence of disturbance on daily train operation can not be ignored.Traction power supply failure is a serious disturbance.Once the power supply is suspended,all trains will be suspended immediately,greatly reducing the efficiency of railway transportation.The over-zone feeding is a railway emergency treatment method to ensure the continuity of running when the traction substation fails.At present,there are few studies on the dispatching problem in the over-zone feeding.There are two kinds of train operation schemes under over-zone feeding: increasing the headway and setting the speed limit.This paper mainly studies which kind of traffic organization adjustment scheme can minimize the loss of passing capacity.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Problem description: This paper analyzes the connotation of over-zone feeding and the essence of train operation adjustment under over-zone feeding,reveals the characteristics of over-zone feeding problem,key points of modeling,basic ideas of model construction,and introduces the modeling and description method of infrastructure and power calculation method.(2)Model establishment: objective function model,train arrival and departure time model,train headway calculation model,over-zone feeding constraint model and other models are established.(3)Algorithm design: aiming at large scale problem,combining the basic idea of genetic algorithm and the characteristics of this problem,a genetic algorithm based on over-zone feeding is designed and solved by programming software.(4)Model solution: setting railway line topological structure for optimization of train operation adjustment diagram,signal system and train characteristic fundamental parameters,and the over-zone feeding scenario data,design 14 kinds of rescheduling schemes,according to different setting of headways and speed limit values,using genetic algorithm to solve the optimization model for train operation adjustment,and obtaining optimal rescheduling scheme and the corresponding train operation adjustment.The speed limit leads to the delay,and the delay time first decreases and then increases with the increase of the speed limit.The calculation time of all rescheduling schemes is less than 5min,which meets the real-time requirements of rescheduling.
