The intelligent headlight system breaks the lighting mode of the traditional lighting system.The intelligent headlight system can perceive the information of driver operation,the state of vehicle running,the condition of road and the change of road condition,the condition of weather and environment,and so on.The intelligent headlight system controls the headlight which automatically adjusts the angle of the lighting and the compensation for the headlights.The intelligent headlight system can improve the bad sight caused by night and climate factors,which ensures the safety of drivers and pedestrians.The intelligent headlight system plays an important role in improving the safety of driving and the comfort of driving.In this paper,the modeling,simulation analysis,control optimization,software and hardware design of the intelligent headlamp system are carried out under various road conditions.The light matching standard and requirements in the intelligent headlamp regulation are studied.According to the traffic regulations and industry standards,the performance index of the system is stipulated.On the basis of safety braking,the influence factors of headlamp declination adjustment and the relationship between influencing factors are analyzed.And five kinds of system lighting working modes are established.The simulation model is built which combined with the mathematical model of the stepper motor,and a light compensation model based on the security brake model is also established.A method of using neural network model to predict the deflection angle of intelligent headlamp is proposed.Based on the experimental data of an intelligent headlamp system for a vehicle,two typical working conditions are selected in the horizontal direction and vertical direction.Based on the performance index obtained,the fuzzy PID control strategy is designed and the optimization control is added into the intelligent headlamp system.The control strategy is simulated under the condition of Matlab/Simulink.The simulation results show that the system model has good precision after adding fuzzy PID control strategy to the intelligent headlamp system,which greatly reduces the overshoot of the system.The response time of the system is less than 250 ms,and the angle error is within 0.8 degrees,which accords with the performance index obtained from the study.The validity of the strategy is proved,and the service life of the headlamp and the working precision of the intelligent headlamp system are improved in the actual effect.Based on AT89C52 chip,the hardware and software design of AFS control system is carried out.Information acquisition module and stepper motor drive module are added in order to achieve simple function implementation.
