The intelligent illumination control system is the application and popularity of automation technology. It is not only the effective realizable methods of aesthetical and comfortable light but also accordance with the "Green Illumination" and its direction of development that is an approval of saving energy and alleviating energy crisis, so that it has a promising brilliant prospect. Field-bus, a communication network for connecting equipments in field and automation system, has lots of prominent features such as totally digital transmission, distributed control function, opening system. CAN-bus, which is one of Field-buses, has advantages in high reliability and low cost so as to it has been used largely in many fields. The dissertation discussed the application of CAN-bus in illumination control, analyzed the system construction of the distributed intelligent control based on CAN-bus, designed an experiment system of intelligent illumination control system based on CAN-bus. The main content of dissertation is listed as folio wings:According to the various equipment of illumination extensively distributed separately, concerned the advantages of CAN-bus in layer of field equipments, the dissertation analyzed the network construction of distributed intelligent illumination control system based on CAN-bus and the different type of CAN conjunctions and their characters, functions, and requirements. Furthermore, an experiment system has been presented to realize the distributed intelligent illumination control system based on CAN-bus.PIC18Fxx8 series single-chips were choosed to design different CAN conjunction such as intelligent delay, intelligent adjustment of lighting, intelligent key-press, etc, which realized the hardwares of experiment system. The I/O modes of PIC18Fxx8 were in charge of gathering input signal of keys, and driving the LED and the winding of delays. The A/D modes gathered current and voltage signal, the ECCP modes realized how to adjust lighting by SPWM technology, and the CAN mode took the responsibility of communication between all joints of CAN. Sine wave transforming adjustment of lighting was presented to radically solve the difficulties of high frequency harmonic interruption because of cutting sine wave.The control functions and communication functions of intelligent delay, intelligent adjustment of lighting, intelligent key-press realized by software designof the experiment system, programming mostly with C language, and assembly language also embedded when reaching its advantages.
