Currently,efficient and environmentally friendly energy use is the research hotspot in the energy field.Although SOFC has not been market-oriented because of its problems such as the development of the cathode materials and preparation technology,but as a clean and efficient energy utilization technolo gy,especially with high efficient thermodynamic cycle organic integration system,it has become an important development and research direction in the energy field.Based on the SOFC with HAT cycle of integrated system as the research object,this paper gives full play to the high discharge temperature of SOFC and simple system,high efficiency,high power,and low NOx emission of HAT,in view of the research on the key component for integrated system,the key matching parameters and performance of the system.First of all,the basic performance model of the SOFC-HAT power cycle system was established,using the method of thermodynamic energy analysis and exergy balance analysis,in view of the key components of SOFC-HAT cycle and the whole system for performance analysis and research,and the basic exergy loss distribution of the circulatory system was received.Secondly,through the application of Aspen Plus,experimental verification and simulation analysis of humidifier was made to obtain the influence law of its thermal performance affected by operating pressure,the number of theoretical plates,import parameters and other factors.Finally,through Aspen Plus and built-in FORTRAN programming,a detailed simulation and analysis of the system was made to get the basic influence law of the system performance affected by the main controllable operating parameters,such as fuel flow and pressure ratio.The research work in this paper provides a theoretical guidance for building efficient SOFC-HAT power cycle system.
